Life Story

Story of person and major life events assoicated with this Kundali

French film director who started in with several short documentaries before feature films in 1937. He won a gold medal at the Venice Biennale in 1934 for one of his documentaries, but achieved his best form ten years later with "Monsieur Vincent." Released in 1947, it was the winner of the French Cinema Grand Prix as the Best Film, as well as an Oscar as Best Foreign Film. In 1940, Cloche founded a film society for young talent that later became the Institute of Advanced Film Studies, France's distinguished film school. In later years, Cloche suffered with Parkinson's Disease and he died 3/20/1990, Brodeaux, France. Link to Wikipedia biography
