Our website provides a variety of astrological services and content through multiple domains and subdomains, such as "www.astronidan.com”, “astronidan.com”, "web.astronidan.com", and "blog.astronidan.com". Additionally, we have a mobile app available on iOS, Android, and third-party stores (Indus Appstore), called AstroNidan. The following refunds and cancellation policy is applicable to all transaction either from website or mobile apps.

- If we are unable to fulfill a scheduled astrology consultation or service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.

- If you cancel a scheduled appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy, we may issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

- If you have purchased a product or service and are dissatisfied with the quality or accuracy, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Cancellation Policy:

AstroNidan is owned by Glomera Pvt. Ltd. The GDPR "Data controller" and "Data processor" of your data are the MD (Managing Director) and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Glomera Pvt. Ltd. They can be reached at contact@astronidan.com at any time.

Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a scheduled astrology consultation or service, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Subscription Cancellation: For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellation will not result in a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify our refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
