King of Portugal between 1828 and 1834, known as "the Absolutist" (Portuguese: "o Absolutista") or "the Traditionalist" (Portuguese: "o Tradicionalista"). Miguel was the seventh child and third son of King João VI (John VI) and his queen, Carlota Joaquina of Spain. In 1851, at the age of 48, he married Princess Adelaide of Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg, by whom he had a son and six daughters. Miguel died while hunting at Bronnbach, Grand Duchy of Baden on 14 November 1866. Link to Wikipedia biography
