Ardra: The Star of Sorrow – (Gemini 06 40’ to 20 00’). The fixed star Betelgeuse in the constellation of Orion, and Sirius, the Dog star are associated with this lunar mansion.
The word Aridra means 'soaked' and the symbol is Storm, rain drops. The primary symbols for Ardra are a human head, representing thinking, and a teardrop, which represents overcoming suering.
