French singer, songwriter, comedy writer and playwright. He performed at Théâtre de Dix-Heures, Caveau de la République, Deux Ânes, and Théâtre du Coucou, and on radio (Le Club des Chansonniers, L'Oreille en coin). His plays include "Le Rubicon" (The Rubicon). From 1964 to 1968, he co-hosted with Jean Amadou, the show "Ce soir on égratigne" on Antenne 2. He is the author of more than 600 songs and monologues including the famous "Mec à son volant" (Man at the Wheel). In 1986 he appeared in the television series "Affaire Suivante," alongside Jean-Pierre Foucault, Jacques Mailhot, Jacques Balutin and Jean Lefebvre. He died on 10 April 2002.
