French journalist, writer and director. Didier Lecat was General Manager of Road Safety in Paris before being appointed director of development for La Cinquième, the television channel launched by Jean-Marie Cavada. He is best known for being the presenter of "La Chasse au trésor" from 1982 to 1984. He was the father of Mathieu Lecat and stepfather of singer Hélène Segara.
